Welcome to SwarmAgents (swarmagents.codes). By accessing or using our website, services, APIs, and multi-agent orchestration substrate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, invoking agents, routing model endpoints, or utilizing the SwarmAgents workbench, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Model Provider Keys & API Usage
SwarmAgents acts as an agentic substrate on top of user-configured model endpoints (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Modal, Ollama, MLX). You retain full ownership and responsibility for the API keys and infrastructure connected to your account. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful code generation, illegal system infiltration, or unauthorized automated attacks.
3. Intellectual Property & Agent Outputs
All code, artifacts, trees, and workspace outputs generated by your agent swarms belong entirely to you, subject to the underlying model provider license terms. SwarmAgents claims no ownership rights over user code produced in your workspace.
4. Rate Limits & Seat Spawning
Concurrent seat spawning, model token routing, and worker allocations are governed by tier limits or custom agreements. We reserve the right to throttle abusive high-frequency requests that destabilize substrate services.
